Notes on delivery:

Customers are notified of delivery date and approx. delivery time asap so you can make appropriate arrangements.

 

We appreciate your understanding if due to situations beyond our control changes are made. We will do our best to keep you informed in a timely manner.

 

Any issues or concerns with the bees once delivered must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery.

When we receive your enquiry form, we will reply to you as soon as we can to let you know the pricing for your order enquiry. Pricing varies on the number of packages ordered and location of delivery.

Once you confirm your order, we will send you an invoice for payment. The following payment methods are accepted: Cheque, Credit Card, E-transfer, Wire Transfer, Cash.

​

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF ORDERING.

*For orders less than a pallet, we will arrange for delivery to a centre on a major route nearest you.
